I never...never make slings with bright orange stays... unless of course I have a few hundred meters of orange paracord hanging around, which I now do. The stays are 2mm in diameter and are attached to my favorite black supple leather and adorned with our now-standard resin handle, and monkey-fist knot trigger. This is part of a new line of slings using a slimmer 2mm cord for the stays which are also brightly dyed, in this case orange. It's a long sling and so will be very powerful and a bit more difficult to handle but I myself love a long sling for helping a tennis ball reach its full velocity potential.
