When I made this little miscreant, I was experimenting with sewing the pocket. At the time I had noticed that a single rivet tended to allow the pocket to creep open over time. I was looking for a way to lock the pocket's shape. Sewing proved to be the wrong direction, it took forever and a single stitch out of place marred the look of the pocket and made it a tad too shallow. But it slings well, and... as with all miscreants... it's cheap.
